Highlander Tallow was born as a natural extension of our family’s work at Zipperer Highlander Ranch in Mishicot, Wisconsin. For years, our ranch has been home to a small herd of Highlander cattle, raised with care, respect, and the kind of old-fashioned stewardship that puts quality and sustainability first. As we continued to grow and share our ranch with the local community, we found ourselves inspired to bring another tradition forward: the time-honored craft of pure, hand-made tallow.
